Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using "Tip Calculator – Fast & Easy", you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Pro Subscriptions

The App offers an optional "Pro" subscription to remove advertisements.

• Monthly Subscription: $0.99 per month
• Yearly Subscription: $9.99 per year

Automatic Renewal:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price listed above.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and graphics, is the property of the Developer and is protected by copyright laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
